At Winspace France, your satisfaction is our priority.
That’s why we offer a clear and straightforward return policy, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped or gone into production.
In this case, we will issue a full refund, excluding any potential banking or processing fees (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

Product Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for return:

  • The product must not have been used;

  • It must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition;

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, confirmation email, etc.).

Please contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return address and detailed instructions.

Special Conditions

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

  • If you're returning the product due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • However, if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product upon delivery), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days (depending on your bank's processing time).

Delayed Refund?

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or card issuer (some refunds may take a few days to appear).
